Life Fruit (命の果実, Inochi no kajitsu) is a special Fruit from Boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand that can increase Django's Life gauge. There is a total of 16 Life Fruits to be found around Istrakan. Four fruits collected will add 1000 points to the Life Gauge, with a total of four life extensions leaving Django's maximum amount of health at 9000 points.
This Fruit can't be harvest using the roots of the Solar Tree. Instead it is found inside green chests.

A green fruit that appears to have a small "face" and "feet". It has similar appearance to Heal Fruit and Revivafruit.

| Noname Fortress | From the entrance, continually take the doors towards the west side of the screen. The chest is at the bottom of a room with two Ghouls and a Steps. |

| Firetop Mountain | Northeast door from the bridge to the Immortal area while the lava is raised to the topmost level. It is inside a chest towards the east exit of the room. |

| Death Cliff | Requires the Flame Lens. In the first room, enter the cave at the base of the cliff on the east. Melt the ice block, which is hiding the chest underneath. |

| Permafrost | After Otenko summons the Pile Driver, follow the path Sabata took. The chest is two screens away and in plain sight. |

| Scar of the Land | In the southwest room from the entrance, there is a Fiery Hot Ghoul in an isolated section walking towards a hole. Deactivate the Solar Sensor so that it can safely pass the skylight, then turn on the Solar Sensor between one and six bars to form a light bridge for it to walk across. Once it steps on the switch, the chest will appear. |

| Forgotten Tomb | From the second area after the entrance, take the northwest path. There is a stairway to a tomb underground with 4 Red Ghouls and 3 Treasure Chests. The center chest is the Life Fruit. |

| Abyss | From the entrance, head northwest into a room containing a Blue Mummy. Make sure the Solar Sensor is between one and six bars to create a secret path to another room. Read the sign there and insert the Konami Code for the chest to appear. |

| Sol City | On Floor 50, in the center room with the four female Cockatrice statues, ascend the stairs to find the chest atop the middle platform. | 
|
| House of Darkness | After obtaining the Square Key and entering through the blue door, go up the stairs and through the doo. Ascend the grand staircase and step atop the trap door near the skylight. You will fall into an isolated area near the chest. |

| Fallen Devil Castle | From the entrance, open the steel gate to the right. Then head northeast into the Cockatrice room, then southeast. Ascend the elevator, then stand between the four crystals. Use a rotating Solar Gun like Axel to light them all at once and the chest will appear. |

| Dark Castle | Fire Tower, Floor 4. After the room with the Solar Station, the chest is in the upper left corner of a room with 4 flamethrowers and 3 mummies. Missable until New Game + once the Revived Muspell is defeated. |

| Dark Castle | Dark Castle, Floor 5. After clearing all four towers, head upstairs and defeat the Kraken. The chest is in the next room once the battle ends. |
